Thanks to everyone for taking part in our online study on touch during physical distanciation (N=1750)

Do you miss touching family and friends? Or, you feel you are getting too much touch at home? Do you wish you could send someone a digital hug? We aimed to answer these questions by conducting an online study on touch at the time of Covid-19.

Dr. Louise P. Kirsch

I'm a currently a research associate at ISIR (Institute for Intelligent Systems and Robotics, Paris) and honorary research associate at UCL (University College London). I aim to intertwine research and teaching as well as mentoring, as I believe both go hand in hand.

My research interests lie squarely within social cognition and focus on how experience shapes perception of the self and others.

To do so, I rely on behavioural data, training paradigms, physiological measures and brain imagery.
